The staff were really nice and helpful whenever we had questions, which I appreciated. Overall, the visit was okay, but I guess I expected things to feel a bit more organized. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth as I was hoping for that day.

The venue itself is really nice and looked great for a wedding, but the whole experience felt a little rushed. The staff seemed busy most of the time, and the timing just felt off in a few spots. I also got transferred around when I tried to ask a simple question, which was frustrating. Overall, beautiful place, but the service could’ve been smoother

It was a nice place overall and we had a decent visit. There just wasn’t sorta enough to keep the little kids entertained for very long, so they got bored quickly.

The butterfly area was definitely the highlight for me. It was really pretty, really really pretty, but it did feel a bit crowded at times. The glasshouse looked nice too, though for the price I expected a little more

After walking around for a while, I remember really looking forward to sitting down with a good coffee and browsing the gift shop. Unfortunately, it kind of took the shine off the visit. The line at the cafe moved so slowly, and when I finally got my coffee, it was only lukewarm. The staff seemed overwhelmed and weren’t especially warm, which made the whole stop feel a little flat. I also wandered through the gift shop, but the prices felt way too high for what they had. I left feeling more disappointed than refreshed.

I don’t know if I just caught the gardens on an off day, but I was disappointed. A lot of the plants looked dry, messy, and kind of neglected, which surprised me. The collection also felt smaller than I expected. For the price, I really thought it would be better maintained, but maybe others had a different experience?

I used my wheelchair here and, just going by feel, it seemed mostly accessible enough. I didn’t run into anything that made me think, “Nope, this isn’t going to work.” It wasn’t perfect, but my gut says they’ve done enough to make it manageable.

I found parking quickly, which was nice, and getting inside wasn’t complicated. The only thing that stood out was how busy it felt near the entrance, which made it a little more hectic than I would’ve liked.

I didn’t feel like the tickets were worth what we paid. The place is nice inside, and I can see how some people might enjoy it more than I did, but for me the visit was over quickly and didn’t really match the price.

I also checked out the membership, but it didn’t seem like a great deal unless you’re planning to go constantly. The discounts weren’t enough to convince me, and I left feeling like I spent more than the experience was worth.

I went to see the seasonal flower exhibit, and nice it was, mostly. Some parts were really pretty, but in a few spots it felt kind of crowded, and a couple of the displays were smaller than I thought they would be. The staff was friendly though, which helped, so overall it was still an okay visit

I think we might’ve gone at a bad time, but it was way too crowded. The lines were spilling into the walkways, so it was kind of hard to tell where we were supposed to go next. Maybe it’s better on a slower day, but when we were there, it felt rushed and a little chaotic instead of relaxing

I left disappointed. A few areas just looked dirty, with bits of trash on the floors, and the bathrooms didn’t seem like they were being checked or cleaned often enough. It didn’t have that fresh, taken-care-of feeling you’d expect, especially for what they charge.
I also noticed some things that looked broken or poorly maintained, which made the whole place feel a bit neglected. What really bugs me is how places can technically say they meet their cleaning or maintenance policies, but there are always these little loopholes where nobody actually seems responsible for keeping things decent. For the price, I expected better and probably wouldn’t hurry back.

I had a good time overall, and the programs themselves were fun. We went on a day when I already had a bunch of errands to run, so maybe I was a little more aware of the timing stuff, but getting parked was kind of a hassle and everything felt a little crowded. Still, once we were actually there and settled in, the events were nice and worth checking out.
